Is your anxiety getting in the way? 

Hello everyone, I’m sure we all deal with anxiety from time to time depending on the occasion or situation we all experience times in life when we feel nervous or experience self doubt. 

When you begin to experience anxious feelings or thoughts find a safe, comfortable place to sit, close your eyes and focus solely on your breathing. 

Your breathing should be deep and slow, in through the nostrils….. out through the mouth.
