Get Over Cellulite

I’ve found a great read for everyone out there to have a look at!! This woman Cassey Ho (@blogilates on instagram) has written about cellulite which I imagine is a common problem for many people at this time of the year. Read it here

Cassey informs on the science behind having cellulite and how it develops on the body. It can be caused by many factors including:
– lack of exercise
– high body fat %
– poor diet
– family genes

She also goes on to explain 3 things you can do to reduce the appearance of cellulite:
1. Exercise
2. Nutrition
3. Hydration

Just thought I would share this as I imagine lots of women can relate to this subject. Regardless of if you have cellulite or not don’t let it get you down or stress too much about it. If your going on holiday to a beach or a day trip to the seaside put on that bikini or those short shorts and just enjoy yourself!!
