Take a Break from…

TV: at least aim to have 2 or 3 television free days per week, instead try reading, writing, yoga or meditation.

Food: try fasting for more than 6 hours without eating any food, this means a break from the physical and a closer bond with the spiritual.

Social media: once a week at least, just focus on yourself and have real conversations with real people.

Always remember to make time and do the things you truly enjoy 🙂
