It’s a good idea to practice meditation everyday even if it’s only for 1 minute because your body, spirit and mind will be truly rewarded.

Sit up straight and gently close your eyes.

Focus your full attention on the feeling of your breath as it leaves and enters the lungs.

                          3.
If ever your mind wonders bring it back to the movement of your breath.
